- 100% REFUND on new wigs purchased from Slay Girlz Studio only. You must provide proof that you purchased from Slay Girlz Studio llc. After your wig is sent in by you, and passes inspection by our professionals, we will issue you a refund immediately. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to hit your account. The time it takes for the refund to hit your account depends on your bank.

 

ALL SALES FINAL ON ACCESORIES, BUNDLES,

- 15-25% REFUND on gently used, clean wigs purchased from Slay Girlz Studio only. You must provide proof that you purchased from Slay Girlz Studio llc. After your wig is sent in to us by you, we will issue you a refund immediately. You will be notified of the amount! Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to hit your account. The time it takes for the refund to hit your account depends on your bank.
